Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing
Personal data is processed only for the purpose of managing the job applicant recruitment process. The legal basis for personal data processing is the job applicant’s consent as well as the management of recruitment and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Contents of the register
The register contains information provided by the job applicant, such as name, contact information, education and work experience, possible self-description, and other necessary information for the job application process (e.g. references). In addition, the register contains information about the job applied for and attachments to the application, such as CV, portfolio, and cover letter.
Regular disclosure of personal data
In some situations, we may share your personal data with third parties. This may occur with our customers in recruitment processes or with third parties whose services we use, such as IT suppliers. Job applicant information will not be disclosed to external parties without the job applicant’s consent, except if required by law or regulatory order.

Job applicants have the right to inspect their own personal data and request corrections as necessary. The person responsible for registry matters will respond to the inspection request within 30 days of receiving the request.
Storage period for information
Generally, we only store your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services or if the storage of your personal information is based on a legitimate interest. When submitting an application or registering a CV, we keep personal information related to the application for a maximum of two years. During employment, we store personal data in accordance with accounting laws. We do not store criminal records at all.
